How it works

From your first ping to a branded marketplace.

SendAvata sits between your traffic and your agents. It answers the ping tree, decides who gets the call, bridges it, and bills the seat only when the call qualifies. Here is the whole path, end to end.

The path

Four moves. Then it runs itself.

  1. 01
    Connect your traffic

Your ping tree (Ringba, Retreaver, CallGrid or your own) sends a bid request for every inbound call. SendAvata answers inside the timeout with a bid and a destination — the phone number or SIP URI of the agent who wins.

  2. 02
    Brand the portal

Upload your marks, set colors, map your domain. The agent portal, the login, the receipts and every notification render under your brand. Agents never see ours unless you want them to.

  3. 03
    Onboard seats

Agents apply through your branded page, pick the lines they want, fund a wallet, set licensed states and go online. Presence comes from carrier registration, not a browser tab — so online means reachable.

  4. 04
    Bill on qualify, settle daily

Every connected call that reaches the line's qualifying time debits the agent's wallet at the published price. Under the mark, it's free. Recordings, disputes and credits are self-serve inside the portal.

Routing

Who gets the call is decided in one hot path.

When a bid request lands, SendAvata already knows which agents are online, which lines they are on, which states they hold, and how much each wallet can cover. The decision — bid or pass, and for whom — happens before the ring tree's timeout, and the same request carries the destination so there is no second round-trip.

Priority is yours to set: line by line, tier by tier. Agents who buy a prepaid tier on a line jump the queue for that line. Everything else falls through in the order you configured.

Money

One published number per line: $X / Ns.

Every line you publish shows agents exactly two things: the price and the qualifying time. A call that reaches N seconds is billable and final. A call that doesn't is free. There is no grey zone to argue about later, which is why the dispute queue stays short.

Disputes exist for the cases that matter — wrong-number, robocall, technical failure — and close within 72 hours. Credits land back in the wallet, not in an email thread.

FAQ

Common questions

Do I have to move off my current platform first?

No. Shadow mode lets SendAvata receive the same ping-tree requests your current router does, log what it would have decided, and show you the diff — without touching a live call. You cut over when you trust it.

Where do the phone numbers come from?

Buy them inside the console (provisioned on our carrier account, billed on your invoice), or attach numbers you already own. Either way they ring your lines directly.

Who holds the agents' money?

The agent's wallet lives in your workspace ledger. Agents top up through hosted checkout; charges and credits post to the same ledger you see. We don't sit in the middle of your cash.

How fast is a launch?

The workspace, portal, wallet and bid endpoint exist the moment you verify your email. Brand it, add a line, paste the endpoint into your ring tree — most operators are live the same day.
